Refund & Cancellation Policy
How timing is calculated
All time windows below are measured back from your scheduled tour start time in the local time of the tour location.
Refund schedule
- ≥ 7 days (168+ hours) before start: 90% refund
- Between 7 days and 24 hours before start: 50% refund
- < 24 hours before start: No refund
How to cancel
Please email us or cancel through the platform you booked on. Include:
- Booking name
- Order/confirmation number
- Tour name, date, and start time
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing by your payment provider.
Rescheduling
If you’d like to move your booking to another date/time, contact us as early as possible. Standard refund windows apply unless we confirm otherwise in writing and subject to availability.
No-shows & late arrivals
If you don’t arrive, or arrive too late to join the group, this counts as a late cancellation and is not refundable.
Operator cancellations (weather, safety, minimum numbers, force majeure)
Tours generally run rain or shine. In the rare case we must cancel (e.g., unsafe conditions, guide illness, minimum group size not met, or force majeure), you may choose a full refund or free rebooking (subject to availability).
Third-party bookings
If you booked via a partner site (e.g., an OTA), their refund and cancellation terms may apply, and you may need to cancel directly with them.
Private/custom tours
Unless stated otherwise in your proposal/contract, private or custom tours follow the same refund windows above.
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
